Mr. Everton C. Davis, President – after college he joined an interior decorating company as a sales trainee-manager. He then joined the British army where he served as a transportation specialist for ten years. He returned to sales and marketing before entering into financial consulting. The companies he was formerly with were Rubiton Industries, part of the WWI group of companies and Hylton Group where he acted as President of the Sales and Promotions Division before heading up the consultancy division. Mr. Davis served on several boards as director before joining Link Linux.

Mr. Arthur Tyde III, COO - Art is a technologist and proven leader with a 17-year track record of combining innovative technologies with prudent business acumen. Art was formally the Chief Technology Officer of The Free Standards Group (“FSG”), a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing and promoting open-source software standards. A strong advocate for leveraging market advantages around disruptive technologies, Arthur was founder and president of the Bay Area Linux Users Group and co-founder, CEO and Chairman of Linuxcare Inc. (now Levanta, Inc.).

Art was voted among the 50 most important people in Linux, is a sought-after speaker and internationally recognized authority on open-source software in the enterprise. Prior to Linuxcare, Art held senior consulting, executive and management positions at Gap Inc., IBM EMEA, the California State Automobile Association (AAA) and the international law offices of Melvin M. Belli, Sr. Art holds a B.A. from Michigan State University, is a licensed private investigator and private pilot.

Atty. Robert Baldori, Corporate Lawyer & Board Member - was selected by the editors of the Clark Boardman Callaghan benchmark text Attorney's Practice Guide to Negotiations, 2d Edition, (published April,1996) to participate in the published round table discussion on Negotiating Commercial Transactions. He has been counsel to the startup of over 100 businesses in the last five years, specializing in formation and capitalization of new companies ranging from high tech venturesto real estate and business development to entertainment and intellectual property.

He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has also specialized in forfeiture and search and seizure law. He has also been a member of the NACDL prosecutorial misconduct task force.

Atty. Precioso Perlas, Corporate Lawyer & Board Member - is a Senior Partner in PERLAS DE GUZMAN ANTONIO & HERBOSA LAW FIRM and was a member of New York State Bar, USA in 1985. He specializes in Aviation law, Corporation, Estate Inheritance, Foreign Investments, Commercial Laws, Real Estate Transactions, Civil litigation, Foundations, Philippine and US Immigration Laws. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Clark Electric Development Corporation. The President of the following Philippine companies; Perlas and Company Inc., Rapid Manpower Consultants, Inc., Five Pearls Realty Corporation, Batulao Golf & Mountain Resorts, Inc., Malaguit Mineral Resources, Inc., Euro Mining Corporation. And, the Vice-President of Supersonic Services, Inc.

Also, he is Member of the Board of; Group Developers, Inc., Raintree Properties, Inc., Maxie Properties, Inc., Munting Buhagin Resorts Inc., Negril Trading Inc., Clark Development Corporation and Angeles University Foundation Inc. As an active member of the City Council of Quezon City First District, he authored the First Revenue Code of Quezon City. He was a US Legal Counsel in Houston, Texas,  for the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) Philippine Government.

He has commendable civic affiliations in the Philippine and US foundations which he either presided or executively directed and is currently a Member of the Board. Further, he founded a number of spiritual and civic movements including Aviation Lawyers Association of the Philippines Inc. and has in his active clientele list, a number of prime global airlines.

Ms. Rita Addison, Corporate Secretary is an accountant who has specialized in payroll and benefits for the past twenty-years. She was the owner of Great Gifts Solutions, an e-commerce business in Canada. Rita is the owner of Mango Media Group in Canada.
